This needle valve comes with a 1.75 body size, the smaller of the 1.75 and 2.50 sizes offered. The smaller opening meters fuel into the bowl more tightly than the 2.50.
Replace the whole assembly when the body seat shows wear, since a worn seat will not hold the float level even with a new needle.
