Fabspeed Race Headers for Porsche 997.2 Carrera (2009–2012)

A catalyst-free manifold solution for a competition Porsche 997.2 Carrera, these Fabspeed headers replace the original header-and-converter assemblies. Their 3-into-1 merge collectors connect to either the original center muffler or a compatible Fabspeed crossover. Fabspeed Motorsport is based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, where it develops exhaust, intake and ECU-tuning products for Porsche and other sports cars. Its development work includes dynamometer testing and evaluation on the road and racetrack.

• 14–16-gauge T304L stainless steel with CNC mandrel-bent primaries.
• Includes multilayer exhaust manifold gaskets.
• Fabspeed reports 8 lb less weight than the original assemblies.
• Development testing recorded 27 whp and 37 lb-ft at 3,800 rpm.
• Exhaust fasteners require a torque recheck after the initial heat cycle.
• Covered by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms and exclusions.

Use restrictions

Fabspeed restricts this product or the affected package components to closed-course competition and off-road use. They are not CARB- or EPA-certified for public-road use. Retaining a catalyst, a “STREET” option name or the absence of a warning light does not establish road-use approval. Confirm the applicable requirements before ordering.
