This Fabspeed X-pipe takes the place of the Porsche 997.2 Carrera center muffler, allowing the original or compatible Maxflo side mufflers to remain. The sound change depends on whether the car has PSE and on the rest of its rear exhaust. Based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, Fabspeed Motorsport designs exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning for Porsche and other sports cars. Dynamometer testing, road evaluation and racetrack development inform its product range.
