Build a GT3-style center-exit exhaust on a naturally aspirated 964 or 993 using the selected Fabspeed RSR-header and valve configuration. Existing-header options exclude new headers, and the matching GT3 center muffler and straps must be confirmed as part of the full build. Fabspeed Motorsport, based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, develops exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning for sports cars including Porsche. Its development work uses dynamometer testing, road evaluation and racetrack testing.
Before you order
Confirm what your selected conversion configuration includes: center muffler, tips, straps and any controller must be checked individually. Header/heat options alone do not establish that new headers or every complete exhaust component are supplied.
Technical Details
- Select 964 or 993 chassis, valve configuration and header/heat choice.
- Existing Fabspeed RSR-header option does not supply a new header set.
- Heated and non-heated header options are distinct; non-heated versions change cabin heating.
- Conversion bracket, inlet pipes, mounting hardware, heat-protection panel and bumper-cutting template described.
- A center-exit opening requires bumper cutting; closing original side outlets requires body-shop work.
- Confirm exact compatible GT3 center muffler, selected tips and whether they are included in the chosen price.
- Original-type GT3 straps may be required separately: two 99711111970.
- Valved configuration requires its specified control/power installation.
- Professional installation and complete contents confirmation required.
Use restrictions
Confirm the complete header/catalyst configuration meets the intended use. Non-heated choices reduce cabin heat; competition-only components do not establish road approval.
