Fabspeed Triple-Tip Valved Exhaust for Mercedes-Benz G550

Choose selectable exhaust paths with Fabspeed’s triple-tip G550 side-exhaust arrangement. Match the original chassis and pipe interfaces before ordering; the G550 also needs separately sourced Mercedes mounting components. Fabspeed Motorsport, based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, develops exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning for sports cars including Porsche. Its development work uses dynamometer testing, road evaluation and racetrack testing.

Technical Details

• Triple-tip side-exhaust configuration for the confirmed G550 V8 installation.
• Helical valve assemblies use the specified V-band attachments; confirm the actual controller and harness scope.
• Four Mercedes hangers 901-492-00-44 are required separately.
• Also source one 463-490-05-02 and one 463-490-06-02 mounting bracket.
• Inspect original joints and side clearance. Later six-cylinder G550 is outside the confirmed V8 application.
