Fabspeed Dual-Tip Valved Exhaust for Mercedes-Benz G550

Choose selectable exhaust paths with Fabspeed’s dual-tip G550 side-exhaust arrangement. Match the original chassis and pipe interfaces before ordering; the G550 also needs separately sourced Mercedes mounting components. Fabspeed Motorsport designs performance exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Porsche and other sports-car applications are developed through dyno testing, road evaluation and racetrack work.

Technical Details

• Helical exhaust valves.
• Selected dual-tip configuration.
• New matching T321 stainless V-band attachment clamps described.
• Confirm original joints, heat clearance and exact valve-control installation.
• Additional Mercedes parts must be sourced separately: four 901-492-00-44 hangers, one 463-490-05-02 bracket and one 463-490-06-02 bracket.
• Later six-cylinder G550 is not covered by the earlier V8 application.
