Fabspeed Factory Catalyst Re-Coring for McLaren 600LT

Have the original 600LT catalyst housings rebuilt with replacement HJS cores. This is a service performed on customer-supplied assemblies, rather than a new set of complete downpipes. Fabspeed Motorsport designs performance exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Porsche and other sports-car applications are developed through dyno testing, road evaluation and racetrack work.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer product reference: FS.MCL.600LT.OECCRX. The selected option determines the complete supplied configuration.
• Choose primary-only or primary-and-secondary re-coring.
• The factory system has two catalyst elements per exhaust bank.
• Primary-only work includes removal of the secondary elements as described by Fabspeed.
• Primary-and-secondary work replaces both stages.
• Arrange housing inspection, exact assembly quantity and shipping before sending components.
• Original external housings are retained; internal modification does not preserve original emissions approval.

Use restrictions

For off-road and closed-course competition use. Re-coring changes the original catalyst specification; primary-only work also removes the secondary elements.
