Fabspeed XperTune ECU Software for Maserati Levante

The Levante service uses an initial ECU unlock followed by supported handheld programming. The first step still requires ECU shipment; later file changes can use the paired device once compatibility is established. Fabspeed Motorsport, based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, develops exhaust systems, air intakes and ECU tuning for sports cars including Porsche. Its development work uses dynamometer testing, road evaluation and racetrack testing.

Technical Details

• Manufacturer product reference: FS.MAS.LEV.ECU.
• Uses a handheld interface to read and write the supported ECU through the diagnostic port.
• A Windows PC is required for file transfer; macOS is not supported.
• Provide the original ECU read and completed vehicle-information form.
• The handheld pairs to one vehicle and permits restoring that vehicle’s saved original calibration.
• Confirm ECU accessibility before ordering; security updates can affect the programming method.
• The ECU must be sent in once for the initial unlock before supported handheld operation.

Use restrictions

The calibration must retain required emissions controls. Fabspeed excludes requests to disable emissions equipment or its monitoring.
