Product details

Change the G87 M2’s rear exhaust while retaining the matching original actuator-controlled valve function. This Fabspeed selection is the Helical-valved rear assembly and chosen tips; the intermediate double-X-pipe is a separate component or package option. Based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, Fabspeed Motorsport designs exhaust, intake and ECU-tuning products for Porsche and other sports cars. Development includes evaluation on a dynamometer, on the road and at the racetrack.

Technical Details

  • Valved rear exhaust with Helical valves.
  • Uses compatible original BMW valve actuators.
  • CNC mandrel-bent 14–16 gauge T304L stainless tubing.
  • Includes selected quad-tip configuration.
  • Fabspeed reports approximately 3 lb / 1.4 kg less than its rear-system baseline.
  • Requires minor cutting at the marked original break points.
  • Intermediate X-pipe and catalytic downpipes are not included in this rear-only reference.
  • Check original joints, actuator connections and bumper outlets before fitting.
  • Covered by the Fabspeed Lifetime Warranty, subject to its terms and exclusions.

Use restrictions

Retain the required upstream catalytic converters and filters in the matching installation. Confirm the selected exhaust layout and applicable sound requirements; a cat-back label alone is not a universal approval.

With over 20 years of parts experience, PMB Performance can help check the application. Share your VIN and photos or references for the component being replaced before ordering if the match is uncertain.
