These Super Vee heads have 42mm intake and 36mm exhaust valves for a 2.0L Type 4 engine build. European round-port castings are machined and assembled with stainless steel Manley valves, silicon-bronze guides, and hardened seats. The complete pair uses heavy-duty single springs and chromoly retainers, with 62cc combustion chambers and a 94–96mm bore requirement.

Fitment & Compatibility
EMPI specifies 1976–1979 Bus, 1973–1976 Porsche 914, and 1976 Porsche 912E. Three-bolt intake manifolds are required, and engine tin may need minor modification. Match the cylinders, intake pattern, exhaust ports, and valve train; these are not a blanket replacement for every 1.7L or 1.8L Type 4 head.
