The Deluxe version of EMPI's rear disc conversion for swing axle Volkswagens uses heavy-duty cast mounting brackets in place of the stamped steel brackets on the standard kit. It replaces the rear drum brakes with rotors and O.E. style calipers, and is meant for street cars.
The kit includes rotors, calipers with pads, brackets, and hardware. Wheel studs are not included. It is drilled 4x130 with 14x1.5mm threads, and it is made to be used with 15-inch wheels.

Fitment & Compatibility
For swing axle air-cooled VWs, 1958–1967. This kit has no emergency brake provision, so the car needs a separate parking brake solution or a kit that includes one. Confirm your wheel diameter and brake line length before you start.
