Fitting a Type 2 C.V. joint to a Type 1 trailing arm needs a stub axle that bridges the two. This one is forged chromoly with CNC machining and proper heat treatment, threaded for 8mm bolts, and it works with stock or aftermarket trailing arms that use stock I.R.S. bearings and seals. Drum or disc brakes can be used.
