914Rubber Brake Reservoir Hardware Kit for Porsche 914 (1970-76)

With two decades of Porsche 914 expertise, PMB Performance has partnered with 914Rubber for nearly as long, offering the largest selection of their SKUs anywhere. Our Brake Reservoir Hardware Kit for the 1970-76 Porsche 914 and 914-6 is a testament to that legacy—precision-engineered to keep your classic’s brake system tight and reliable.

This kit is purpose-built to secure the brake fluid reservoir (OEM ref: 911.355.013.13) on all 914 models from 1970-76. It includes everything you need: stainless steel retaining straps, high-tensile bolts, lock washers, and nylon bushings to dampen vibration. Each component is spec’d to match factory tolerances, with the straps formed from 304-grade stainless to resist corrosion from brake fluid exposure or coastal air. The bolts are grade 8.8, delivering clamp strength without risk of stripping the reservoir’s mounting points.

Why does this matter? After 50 years, 914 reservoir mounts often suffer from cracked bushings or rusted hardware, leading to leaks or a loose reservoir—both death sentences for a mid-engine car’s dual-circuit brake system. Our kit addresses these pain points with PMB’s hands-on knowledge: we’ve seen reservoirs fail at the firewall from fatigue, so our bushings are thicker than stock to absorb stress. Installation takes about 30 minutes with basic tools—a 10mm wrench and screwdriver do the trick. No drilling or mods needed; it bolts directly to the factory firewall points (ref: 914.355.907.00 for strap alignment).

This 914Rubber kit isn’t just parts—it’s peace of mind for track days or backroad blasts. Designed with PMB’s 20 years of 914 wrenching, it ensures your brake system stays as responsive as the day it left Stuttgart. Compatible with both single and dual reservoir setups, it’s versatile for stock or upgraded systems running DOT 4 fluid.
