BRAID Fullrace FF
Available in sizes from 18 x 8 to 18 x 13, BRAID’s Fullrace FF (FlowForming) competition wheels are engineered to withstand the toughest demands of motorsport while being versatile enough for street use. Flowforming is one of the most advanced manufacturing technologies in the racing wheel industry, offering a host of benefits that set it apart.
Flowforming involves applying pressure to the inner rim of the wheel while it spins after casting. This process stretches and compresses the aluminum, increasing its tensile strength and giving the cast wheel properties similar to a forged wheel. The result is a lighter, stronger wheel with enhanced elongation, allowing it to absorb greater impacts without cracking, as well as a higher load capacity compared to traditional cast wheels.
Crafted from heat-treated lightweight alloys, these wheels offer the perfect balance of strength and weight. Available for nearly any car with custom offsets, bolt patterns, or center bores, they can be made to order and typically delivered in 3-5 weeks. Contact us with your specific needs.
Wheels are built to your specifications, including offset, bolt pattern, and center bore (within certain limitations). All wheels are hubcentric with steel bolt hole inserts. Center caps are sold separately (see "ACCESSORIES" above). Weights are approximate and may vary depending on offset and bolt pattern.
Load rating per wheel: 650kg / 1430 lbs
