Product details
The EMPI 17-2733-0 Undrilled Billet Bracket is a two-piece billet aluminum clamp for 1 1/2 inch tubing with a blank mounting face, so you drill the holes to suit the accessory you are attaching. The clamp halves are held with through-bolts, and the bracket is 3 1/2 inches wide. A blank face helps when an accessory has an odd hole pattern or needs to sit in a specific spot. Builders use these on cages and roll bars for gauges, switches, and lights. It is sold individually.
The two undrilled sizes differ in more than tube diameter. This 1 1/2 inch version uses the through-bolt design, while the 1 3/4 inch version (17-2734) has threaded bolts and is 3 3/4 inches wide. To skip drilling, EMPI also makes pre-drilled brackets for 1 1/2 inch tube, including the 17-2732 Narrow bracket (2 1/8 inches wide, 1/4-20 threads) and the 17-2737 Side Drilled bracket (3 1/2 inches wide).
