Steps

Prep: Remove old glass, clean frame and glass with isopropyl alcohol. Check for rust; treat if needed.

Apply Cord: Press cord into frame channel, starting at bottom center. Overlap ends 1/2 inch. Don’t stretch.

Set Glass: Place two glass setting blocks at bottom. Lower glass evenly18, align, and press evenly into cord.

Secure Trim (Windshield): Install trim clips and snap on trim (Part #91454121310).

Cure: Let set 24 hours, then test for leaks.

Work in 60-80°F for best cord pliability.
