Product details
EMPI 00-9517-0 is a five-piece set of M14-1.5 double-ended wheel studs, marked by EMPI for Porsche use, that thread into a drum or rotor so the wheel mounts on studs and nuts instead of lug bolts. The count is what separates it from EMPI's 4-piece 00-9484-0. Both use the same stud, 10 mm on the rotor side and 30 mm on the wheel side, and five fill a 5-lug hub in one set. No drilling is required, and EMPI rates them for steel or mag wheels.
EMPI doesn't name Porsche models, so check two things on your hub. The holes must be M14-1.5, and deep enough to take the full 10 mm thread. For nuts, EMPI's Porsche-style ball-seat nuts come in zinc (70-2860-0) or black anodized aluminum (70-2865-0), both M14-1.5 with a 19 mm hex. Tapered-seat wheels need 60-degree nuts.

Fitment & Compatibility
Fits 5-lug Porsche hubs and drums tapped M14-1.5. On the VW side, Type 2 Buses through 1970 also use M14-1.5 lug bolts in 5-lug drums. Hubs with 12 mm holes need EMPI's M12-1.5 studs, 00-9516-0.
Installation & Tuning Notes
Medium-strength thread locker goes on the rotor side and anti-seize on the wheel side. Once the wheel is on, make sure no nut has bottomed out on its stud before clamping the wheel.
