Product details
JP Dansk 113905451A is a fan-housing-mounted spark plug wire holder that clips the ignition leads in their routed positions, sold by PMB Performance for the 1970–1976 Porsche 914. It is made to VW part number 113 905 451 A, the three-wire cable holder VW used on air-cooled engines from the 1950s through 1983. The holder has three open slots in a row and a push-in mount for the fan housing. Holding the leads apart and off the engine tin keeps them from sagging and chafing. When an old holder cracks or goes missing, a new one puts the wires back where they belong.
VW made fan-housing holders with different slot counts, so compare the slots on your old holder before ordering. How many holders an engine uses depends on the engine and wire routing, so count the ones on your fan housing too. If the plug wires are hard or cracked, replace them at the same time.
