This replacement rotor is the one-piece wide-track design from EMPI's off-road rear disc kits: 1 inch extra wide, minimum offset, drilled 5x205 for 12x1.5mm studs.
On I.R.S. axles it needs the 5/8 inch swing axle to I.R.S. spacer.
