This is the boot for the 914-4 with the boot incorporated into the flange. These do have 6 holes, as the original 4-hole flanges are NLA.
If yours are torn, replace them now. Bad things happen to dried-out CVs (not to mention that big mess underneath as the boot spins and sprays your undercarriage with grease).
