The MegaSquirt 3 with MS3X expansion offers advanced engine management features, surpassing the capabilities of MS2 and MS1 systems. It supports sequential fuel injection, ignition control, boost management, traction control, and other functions, making it a versatile choice for performance vehicles. The MS3X laid the groundwork for AMP EFI’s MS3Pro systems.

MS3X Standard Features:
  • 8 sequential fuel injection outputs, compatible with high-impedance injectors; unused outputs can be repurposed.
  • 8 logic-level 5V ignition outputs, supporting various ignition modules and coils, including LSx coils and IGN1A (requires external module or coils with internal ignitors).
  • 6 medium-current outputs for functions like progressive nitrous control, boost management, tachometer output, 3-wire idle control, or general PWM/relay control.
  • 3 analog inputs for external MAP sensor, second O2 sensor, fuel pressure, accelerometer, or data logging.
  • 4 switch inputs for data logging activation, nitrous arming, table switching, launch control, or VSS input (Hall sensor or VR with external conditioner).
  • 1 cam sensor input, compatible with VR, Hall, or optical sensors.
  • 16x16 VE and ignition tables with full interpolation, offering 0.1% steps for VE and 0.1-degree steps for ignition.
  • Onboard SD card socket for data logging (SD card not included).
