wilwood-150-9766k
Wilwood Purple Three-Hole Racing Brake Pads for DLS/DPS Calipers and Aluminum Rotors

Purple composite-metallic friction is intended for the heat demands of aluminum and other low-conductivity alloy rotors. This set places that compound on the compact three-hole 6812 plate used by specified DLS and DPS calipers. The complete brake system's requirements guide the selection of individual Wilwood components. Founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and based in Camarillo, California, Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems for motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications. Its component range includes calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines.

Technical Details

Manufacturer part number: 150-9766K

Pad type: Purple replacement brake pad set

Pad profile: 6812

Quantity: 4 pads

Position: Installation-dependent; confirm the actual caliper application

Nominal thickness (Wilwood specification): .49 inch

Compatible rotor material: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel

Compound application: Sprint-car racing applications with compatible aluminum or other specified alloy rotors

Friction characteristics: Composite metallic compound formulated for sustained heat on aluminum and other low-conductivity alloy rotors.

Caliper selection: Listed Dynalite Single and Dynapro Single calipers using the 6812 plate

Pad area: 3 sq in

Pad volume: 1.1 cu in

Factory bedded: No

Published weight: 1.100 lb

Thickness marked on drawing: .50 inch — differs from the nominal product specification; confirm before ordering

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium (Hexavalent compounds), Lead, Nickel, Cobalt and Antimony Trioxide which are known to the State of California to cause cancer or other reproductive harm.
