The assembly retains the original hub bearings and uses separate aluminum hats, with the included BP-10 pads sized for the AERO6 caliper's broad friction area. Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; it is based in Camarillo, California, and serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

Choose this AERO6 arrangement for the listed 1995–1998 Nissan Skyline R33 front hubs and disc spindles. The 14-inch rotors, larger pad footprint and six-piston calipers require clearance checks using the linked drawing. Mount the hats with the specified registration hardware and confirm the existing stud diameter and lug arrangement, particularly on modified hubs. The kit includes braided hydraulic hoses. Dust shields need the instructed trimming, and the final installation must verify caliper centering, hose movement and spoke clearance together. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 18 in; 457.2 mm. The linked wheel-clearance diagram must confirm barrel and spoke clearance; wheel diameter alone does not guarantee fit.

Technical Details

Calipers and pads

Calipers: AERO6; 6 pistons

Caliper finish: Red Powder Coat

Body construction: Forged aluminum

Pistons: stainless

Mounting: radial

Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT

Included pad compound: BP-10

Listed piston bore sizes: 1.75 / 1.38 / 1.38 in

Rotors and mounting dimensions

Rotors: 14.00 in; 355.6 mm diameter x 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thick; vented Spec-37 Iron

Friction faces: SRP Drilled & Slotted

Rotor coating/finish: Black Electro Coat

Internal vanes: 72 curved

Hats: Aluminum; Black E-Coat; 0.595-inch hat offset

Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance patterns: 4 x 4.5 in; 4 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm

Kit contents and separate parts

Manufacturer part number: 140-18254-DR

Supply: one brake kit; components for both sides of the axle

Mounting hardware: included

Hubs: not included

Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster: not included

Brake flexlines: included; DOT-compliant hoses

Installation documents

Installation instructions

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium (Hexavalent compounds), Lead, Nickel, Cobalt and Antimony Trioxide which are known to the State of California to cause cancer or other reproductive harm.
