wilwood-140-18252
Front Wilwood FNSL6R Brake Conversion — Black Calipers, 12.88-inch GT Slotted, 1995–1998 Nissan Skyline R33

This 12.88-inch front kit is built around the 1995–1998 Skyline R33 hub and a black Superlite 6R caliper pair. The calipers use 1.75/1.25/1.25-inch piston bores, and the GT slotted discs are supplied with BP-20 pads and stainless braided flexlines. Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings and brake lines. Bill Wood founded the company in 1977; it is based in Camarillo, California, and serves motorsport, street-performance and specialized applications.

Fitment & Compatibility

For the 1995–1998 Nissan Skyline R33 front disc spindle and hub. This is the 12.88-inch Superlite arrangement, so use its own wheel-clearance diagram when checking the installed wheels. Center each hat on the hub with the specified register hardware; modified studs or hubs may require machining. The stainless braided flexlines are included and must be routed clear of the wheel throughout steering and suspension movement. Follow the installation drawing for radial-bracket shims and dust-shield trimming before the final caliper alignment check. Nominal minimum wheel diameter: 17 in; 431.8 mm. The linked wheel-clearance diagram must confirm barrel and spoke clearance; wheel diameter alone does not guarantee fit.

Technical Details

Calipers and pads

Calipers: FNSL6R; 6 pistons

Caliper finish: Black Powder Coat

Body construction: Forged aluminum

Pistons: stainless

Mounting: radial

Hydraulic inlet: 1/8-27 NPT

Included pad compound: BP-20

Listed piston bore sizes: 1.75 / 1.25 / 1.25 in

Rotors and mounting dimensions

Rotors: 12.88 in; 327.15 mm diameter x 1.25 in; 31.75 mm thick; vented Spec-37 Iron

Friction faces: GT Slotted

Rotor coating/finish: Black Electro Coat

Internal vanes: 48 curved

Hats: Aluminum; Black E-Coat; 0.595-inch hat offset

Rotor/hat wheel-stud clearance patterns: 4 x 4.5 in; 4 x 114.3 mm; 5 x 4.5 in; 5 x 114.3 mm

Kit contents and separate parts

Manufacturer part number: 140-18252

Supply: one brake kit; components for both sides of the axle

Mounting hardware: included

Hubs: not included

Spindles, master cylinder and brake booster: not included

Brake flexlines: included; DOT-compliant hoses

Installation documents

Installation instructions

WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including Arsenic, Cadmium, Chromium (Hexavalent compounds), Lead, Nickel, Cobalt and Antimony Trioxide which are known to the State of California to cause cancer or other reproductive harm.
