wilwood-140-12435-d
Wilwood Strange Floater Rear Brake Conversion, 12.88-Inch SRP Rotors, Black

This Wilwood rear conversion uses drilled/slotted 12.88-inch Spec-37 rotors with black Superlite 4R calipers. The Strange Engineering floater application requires 3.49-inch axle offset, and the supplied internal shoes provide a separate mechanical parking brake. Its 48-vane rotor rings, hats and brackets form a matched assembly rather than a universal rear brake package. Wilwood Engineering was founded by Bill Wood in 1977 and is based in Camarillo, California. The company designs and manufactures disc brake systems and components, including calipers, brake rotors, master cylinders, valves, fittings, and brake lines for motorsport, street-performance, and specialized applications.

Technical Details

Manufacturer part number: 140-12435-D

Type: Forged Narrow Superlite 4R Big Brake Rear Parking Brake Kit

Calipers: Forged Narrow Superlite 4R; 4 pistons per caliper; Black Powder Coat.

Caliper bore sizes: 1.25, 1.25 inches.
